দেশপ্রেমিক বলেন আর সচেতন নাগরিক বলেন।দেশের জন্য সবারই কিছু না কিছু ভাবনা থাকে।সেটা ওভার স্মার্টনেস
বলেন ,বা উর্বর মস্তিস্কের কল্পনা বলেন,যা ইচ্ছা বলতে পারেন।কোনো সমস্যা নাই.তবু আমাকে আপনাকে বলতেই হবে.
আমরা কি জানি,দেশের এক নম্বর সমস্যা কি? ধরুন-যানজট বা দুর্নীতি।আমরা কি পারিনা বা চাইনা যানজটমুক্ত রাস্তা
দেখতে?কিন্তু কিভাবে সেটা সম্ভব?আমার কাছে মনে হচ্ছে সমাধান মাত্র দুইটি।১.প্রতিটি চোরাস্তা বা চার রাস্তার মোড়ে
আন্ডার পাস রাস্তা করা.তাহলে আর ট্রাফিক সিগনালের প্রয়োজন হবেনা।একটা গাড়ি রাস্তার সমান্তরালে যাবে।আরেকটা
আন্ডার পাস দিয়ে যাবে।জনবহুল বা চো রাস্তা মুখে কোনো হাসপাতাল বা শিক্ষা
প্রতিষ্ঠান না রাখা,প্রাইভেট গাড়ি আমদানি সীমিত রাখা।গার্মেন্টস গুলো
শহরের বাহিরে রাখা,
।২.কোনো বেসরকারী সংস্থা কে দায়িত্ব দেয়া।তাতে সড়ক
সংস্থার টাকা,সময় দুটোই বেছে যাবে।(এটা কখনই হবেনা ,কারণ তাতে দুর্নীতি করা যাবেনা।)
পাশাপাশি
শহর পরিস্কার রাখার দায়িত্ব ও দেয়া যেতে পারে।অনেক বড় বড় মাথার লোক আছে
সরকারে,তারা করবেনা জানি।মাঝে মাঝে মনে হয় আমরা ইচ্ছে করেই পিছিয়ে
থাকছি।আমি জানি এসব বলে লাভ নাই,তবুও আমাকে বলতেই হবে.কারণ আমি একজন সচেতন
নাগরিক।( চলবে। )
